The short version
This site belongs to Cooper Hollier, a Gold Coast sole trader (ABN 16 719 611 808). The only personal information it collects is what you type into the enquiry form. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is never sold or shared for marketing. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
What is collected
When you enquire: your name, your email address and what you write about your idea.
When you browse: anonymous usage and performance statistics (which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are from, device type, and how quickly pages load) through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Neither uses cookies and neither identifies you.
Your IP address is seen by the server when you submit the enquiry form. It is used only to limit how many enquiries can be sent from one connection in a minute, so the form cannot be used to flood the inbox. It is held in memory for that minute and is not stored alongside your enquiry. Vercel also records it in its standard server logs.
Nothing else. No tracking cookies, no advertising, no profiling.
Where it goes
The form is relayed by Web3Forms (a form-to-email service) to a business inbox on Google Workspace. The site is hosted on Vercel. Those providers process the data only to deliver it; their own privacy policies apply to their systems.
Web3Forms also keeps its own copy of what you submit. On the plan this site uses that copy is visible for 30 days, and their data processing agreement allows it to remain on their systems for up to three years before it is deleted permanently.
Overseas disclosure
Vercel and Web3Forms are based overseas, principally in the United States, and may process or store data in other countries where they or their own providers operate. Submitting the enquiry form means your name, email address and message are disclosed to those overseas recipients so the message can reach the inbox. Google Workspace, which holds the inbox, likewise stores data outside Australia.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept in the business inbox for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and are deleted on request. The Web3Forms copy expires as described above. Analytics data is aggregated and is not tied to you.
Your rights
Ask through the enquiry form to see, fix or delete anything held about you and it will be done. Complaints can also go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
