The first five receive the same full build and the same quality as a $2,995 AUD site. The price is different because you are one of the five businesses helping launch Chapter One Labs. In return, I document the build and ask for an honest testimonial once it is live. This is not a cheaper version. It is one of the first five.

Founding website and content: $1,950 AUDFor Gold Coast businesses, the founding website can be bundled with a Hollier Motion shoot and edited content for $1,950 AUD. The footage is built into the site, and you also receive the finished content for your own social media.

01Designed and hand-coded for your business. No templates. No WordPress.
Your site is designed specifically for your business and hand-coded around it. It includes every page the business actually needs, with your services shaping the structure. The mobile version is built properly and tested on a real phone, the interactive experiences are tuned to the site, and its speed is checked before launch.
02Copywriting included. Built from what already exists.
I write the copy using your existing website, services, photos, reviews, testimonials and anything we discuss. You review it from there and tell me exactly what to change, with those changes handled within the two revision rounds.
03Built from your real content, with a cinematic homepage made for your business.
Your photos, video, reviews and testimonials are built into the site instead of being replaced with stock. Your homepage becomes The Opening Scene, using designed motion, generated cinema and, when filming is added, real footage from your business.
04Set up properly for Google. SEO, structured data and Search Console handled at launch.
I write the page titles and descriptions, add the sitemap and structured data Google needs to understand the business, connect Search Console, submit the site for indexing, and make sure its link preview works when someone shares it.
05Built to get enquiries. Forms, bookings, click to call and Google reviews.
Every page has a clear next step. If you already have a form or booking system that can be connected, I build it into the site. If not, I build an enquiry or quote form that goes straight to your inbox. Click-to-call, click-to-email and a button leading directly to your Google Business Profile review page are included.
06You’ll know what’s working. Actions tracked and reported every month.
Form submissions, phone clicks, email clicks and booking clicks are tracked so you can see what visitors actually do on the site. Each month, I email you a simple report showing those results. The analytics are cookieless, so there is no consent banner getting in their way.
07Launched properly. Domain, security, legal pages and a 30-day check.
I connect the domain and DNS, set up SSL, add the privacy policy and terms pages, and test the complete site before it goes live. After 30 days of real traffic, I check its performance and send you a report.
08Looked after for $149 AUD a month. Hosting, monitoring, backups, security and edits.
I host the site and keep an eye on its uptime, backups and security. You also get one hour of edits each month. Unused time does not roll over. The retainer is reviewed annually, with 30 days’ notice before any price change.

Designed motion and generated cinema are blended with real footage when filming is added, shaped around whatever your business calls for. How it works

Step 1

Strategy meeting

You walk me through the business, your services, what already exists and what the website needs to do. From there, I plan the pages and content, and we discuss what The Opening Scene should show and feel like.

Step 2

Scope locked and 50% paid

I turn the strategy meeting into a clear scope for the build. Once you approve it and the first 50% is paid, work begins.

Step 3

Designed and built

I design and hand-code the complete first build, including the copy and The Opening Scene. It is presented within two weeks once I have everything needed from you.

Step 4

Two revision rounds, if needed

The goal is to get it right on the first presentation. If anything needs changing, two revision rounds are included for the design, content and copy.

Step 5

Approved and launched

Once you approve the finished site, the remaining 50% is paid and I launch everything properly. After 30 days of real traffic, I check its performance and send you a report.
